Sports Day 2010Students participated in a variety of competitive individual and group events throughout the hectic morning of activity. With competitors excitedly supported by their housemates as well as a healthy number of equally enthusiastic and helpful parents, it became difficult to gauge which house was stamping their authority on the day's event.
As the houses assembled for the relays and tug 'o' war a score update from Mr Butters and Mr Langford indicated that 5 points was all that separated the top three houses. |
![]() Every student gave their all in the day's final team events and the final score check had the Romans pipping the Saxons at the post by only 1 point with a healthy score of 332 points. Excited and exhausted, students, parents and teachers finished the day with a picnic in the school grounds.
I would like to take the opportunity to thank the staff and parents of ISM for their involvement in making the day successful and enjoyable for everyone who was lucky enough to attend. |
